"Does not presuppose non-contextuality" is false
Born Rule from Stability & Measure Geometry — Ch. 3 §3.4 area
Original criticism
The book claims its derivation does not assume non-contextuality as Gleason's theorem does — but the actual argument silently relies on a non-contextual measure assignment at exactly the step where the weighting is derived.
