Correction Dependency Graph
Before any of the 12 approved corrections were applied, each was checked against every other chapter and appendix for restatements of the same broken claim — a manuscript-wide search, not just a fix at the one location a reader happened to flag. Two corrections (A05, A09) turned up companions nobody had originally listed; A12 alone had to be applied in 6 different places to stay internally consistent.
