PASS — C3_shadow_observational_bound

What this does prove
Current EHT shadow-diameter measurement precision (~10–17%) implies an upper bound on the core parameter, g ≲ 0.5 GM, given the ray-traced shadow-radius scaling.
What this does not prove
A detection of the effect — this is a bound from non-detection, using published EHT precision figures, not a fit to raw EHT data by this lab.
Claim C3_shadow_observational_bound — from No-Singularity Gravity Ch. 9 Observational Implications (this session's new chapter)
g <~ 0.5 GM from current EHT shadow-diameter precision.

0.49324241486609405
Expected
<= ~0.5-0.6
